ICT Security Operations Manager 80 – 100 % | Berne/Zurich and Home Office

For our client, a leader in the Health Insurance sector, we are seeking an ICT Security Operations Manager for a permanent position based in Basel or Zurich and with the possibility to do home office.

You will actively shape security operations, identify gaps, further develop IAM and increase the resilience of the company's IT.

What you can do

• Responsibility for the operation of the Identity and Access Management IAM;
• Responsibility for the operational operation of the cyber security platforms;
• Monitor the company's security posture using SIEM, EDR, XDR, NDR, and cloud security solutions;
• Ensure efficient incident detection, analysis, and response to security incidents;
• Leading and coordinating the incident response process for cyberattacks and security events;
• Support of audits and responsibility for derived operational measures from corresponding reports.

What you bring to the table

• Higher degree in computer science with adequate further training;
• Sound IT knowledge and several years of practical experience in cyber security;
• In-depth expertise and hands-on experience in the use of security systems and tools, as well as experience in project management;
• Experience with ISO/IEC 27001, ISO27002, CIS and CSA, NIST;
• Conceptual and organizational skills;
• Networked, goal- and solution-oriented thinking and acting.
