Role Overview
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Control Officer to join our team and support a large-scale international cybersecurity programme within the Corporate and Institutional Banking sector. In this role, you will contribute to the execution of cybersecurity strategy across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and organisational cyber objectives.
You will act as a key liaison between project teams, cybersecurity stakeholders, and management, driving programme oversight, risk management, compliance assessments, and process improvement initiatives through automation and data-driven reporting.
What you will do
- Support the governance and steering of cybersecurity programmes and projects, monitoring milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress across multiple stakeholders;
- Prepare and coordinate governance committees, including agendas, reporting materials, meeting minutes, action tracking, and executive-level communications;
- Collect, assess, and challenge cybersecurity compliance evidence, ensuring alignment with internal control frameworks and supporting maturity assessments.
What you are like
- Experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, or cybersecurity programme management within complex environments;
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, controls, compliance assessments, and technology risk management principles;
- Experience in preparing governance documentation, executive reporting, committee materials, and decision-support analysis;
- Fluent in English.
