Senior Solutions Architect, AI Security

The Opportunity
Help Japan's leading enterprises secure and modernise their entire technology estate across multi-cloud, on-premises environments, endpoints, and emerging AI workloads.

We are seeking a Senior Security Solutions Architect to join a high-impact field team, partnering with specialist sales to drive adoption of advanced security and AI-driven solutions. This is a pre-sales, customer-facing role where deep technical expertise translates into real business outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of cybersecurity and AI, helping organisations consolidate fragmented security tooling, improve threat detection, and leverage intelligent automation to strengthen their security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Specialists to drive adoption of security and AI solutions across enterprise customers in Japan
• Lead proof-of-value (PoV) and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements that demonstrate clear security and business outcomes
• Design and present end-to-end security architectures spanning multi-cloud, on-premises, and endpoint environments
• Integrate AI and machine learning into security use cases such as intelligent threat detection, anomaly identification, and automated response
• Support customers in consolidating and optimising tools across SIEM, EDR, CNAPP, CSPM, and related platforms
• Run technical workshops, architecture sessions, and executive briefings with stakeholders ranging from engineers to C-level leaders

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in security pre-sales, solutions engineering, or product roles
• Strong expertise in at least one area such as Threat Detection and Incident Response, Application Security, or Cloud Security
• Proven experience delivering PoC and PoV engagements that lead to production deployment
• Ability to engage effectively with both executive stakeholders and technical teams
• Experience working in competitive, multi-vendor environments
• Strong understanding of the security ecosystem including SIEM, EDR, CNAPP, CSPM, and data protection
• Exposure to or strong interest in AI and its application in security
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English
