About This Role
Our client is seeking a Pre‑Sales Director – Cyber Security (BFSI) to spearhead growth in the Cyber Security business. This is a senior sales leadership role focused on building pipelines, winning new logos, and expanding client relationships across BFSI.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through cold outreach, prospecting, and account team collaboration.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline aligned with sales targets.
- Lead the sales‑to‑delivery process, working closely with technical and project teams.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations for client requirements.
- Expand accounts from single/dual lines of business into multi‑line, high‑yield engagements.
- Manage full sales cycles and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Respond to RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs with best‑in‑class solutions in collaboration with solution architects and SMEs.
- Create and execute strategic account plans, leveraging marketing campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience, with 7+ years in Cyber Security sales.
- Strong knowledge of Cyber Security industry trends and technologies (IAM, Cloud Security, Data Protection, GRC, etc.).
- Proven track record in prospecting, new business acquisition, and cross‑selling within BFSI accounts.
- Experience presenting to C‑suite and building senior client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously with a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
- Cyber Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP, TOGAF, SABSA) preferred.
