Salary: £32,000 - £40,000

Responsibilities for an Architectural Designer will include:
- Help deliver on a range of residential and urban design projects
- Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
- Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
- Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
Requirements for the Architectural Designer role includes:
- Relevant degree within Architecture or Architectural technology
- Relevant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience working on residential and commercial projects across all RIBA work stages
- Excellent technical and design skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Newcastle area
