IT Security Compliance and Regulation Expert

Join us as an IT Security Compliance and Regulatory Expert, Information Security Department and you will have the opportunity to support the secure and efficient flow of business processes in one of the largest financial institutions in the country.

Your work will include:

• Analysis and implementation of regulatory requirements and applicable standards in the field of information security (e.g. DORA, NIS2, GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, ZKI, PCI DSS);
• Development and maintenance of internal policies, rules and procedures related to information security management, compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and implementation of good practices;
• Preparation and participation in audits and regulatory inspections, including evidence collection and communication with internal and external stakeholders;
• Participation in the preparation of risk assessment documentation at DSK Bank;
• Participation in the risk assessment process for DSK Bank's information assets;
• Identifying and assessing potential information security risks and their remediation;
• Participating in planning, conducting and documenting operational resilience tests;
• Preparing analyses and proposals in the event of information security incidents and monitoring their remediation;
• Analyzing the requirements of various IT services and systems by participating in their planning, development, testing and commissioning;
• Proposing organizational measures and participating in the development of instructions and rules for the use and maintenance of IT services and systems, with a view to ensuring their reliability and information protection;
• Preparation of proposals for improving security in the operation of IT systems;
• Implementation of control over compliance with the Information Security Policy of DSK Bank;
• Cooperation with other units at DSK Bank regarding incidents and vulnerabilities related to information security, in the context of regulatory requirements;

The competencies we are looking for:

• Education – Higher technical;
• Professional experience – a minimum of 1 /one/ year of work experience in the field of information technology and/or information security will be considered an advantage;
• Good technical knowledge in reading and analyzing system logs;
• Knowledge of technologies, solutions and tools related to information security will be considered an advantage (e.g. IDS/IPS, WAF, SIEM, DLP, EDR, Sandbox, Port scanners, Vulnerability scanners, etc.);
• Certifications or participation in courses related to information security will be considered an advantage;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Quick adaptability to new ideas and technologies;
• Flexibility and ability to think creatively;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
