Position Overview

OWT Global LLC is seeking a dedicated Cybersecurity Analyst to serve as a technical authority supporting the secure implementation and ongoing operation of the ServiceNow platform. You will ensure full compliance with federal cybersecurity protocols while enabling secure collaboration and information sharing across the Blue List Program. Positions are contingent upon award of contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map ServiceNow roles, groups, and access controls to NIST SP 800-53 and DoD 8500.2 / RMF requirements.
  • Support vulnerability management programs, security assessments, remediation tracking, and the development of associated documentation.
  • Develop and maintain security documentation including System Security Plans (SSP), POA&Ms, and data-flow diagrams.
  • Continuously update a comprehensive System Security Plan (SSP) and other required RMF artifacts.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of incident response playbooks and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with program teams to integrate security considerations into all development and operational activities.
  • Provide technical expertise and advisory support to Government personnel regarding cybersecurity matters affecting Blue List technologies, assessments, policy implementation, and program execution.
  • Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, technologies, and policy developments affecting ServiceNow environments and related technologies; provide recommendations to support continuous evolution and improvement of the Blue List Program.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of practical cybersecurity experience.
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, Security+ preferred).
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and DoD RMF processes.
  • Demonstrated experience applying federal security directives (NIST SP 800-53, CNSSI 1253, etc.) and working within the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF).

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience producing and maintaining System Security Plans (SSP) and other RMF artifacts in support of ATO processes.
  • Proficiency in documenting and remediating vulnerabilities within ServiceNow GRC/IRM frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) module preferred.

Clearance & Citizenship

  • Active Secret clearance required; U.S. Citizen.

Location

  • San Diego, CA and Fort Lee, VA – DCMA Facility (1 FTE per location).
