About The Opportunity
Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly scaling technology company building sophisticated infrastructure and software systems.
We are seeking a Lead Member of Technical Staff to lead major technical initiatives and establish engineering direction across a rapidly scaling technology organization.
What You'll Do
- Define technical strategy for critical systems.
- Lead multi-team architecture and engineering initiatives.
- Establish engineering standards and technical principles.
- Solve the company's most challenging technical problems.
- Influence product and platform strategy.
- Mentor senior technical talent.
- Drive execution across ambiguous, high-impact projects.
- Partner with leadership on long-term technology decisions.
- 8+ years of engineering experience.
- Exceptional technical architecture and system design skills.
- Experience leading complex engineering programs.
- Strong cross-functional influence.
- Excellent communication and technical judgment.
- Proven ability to operate at organizational scale.
- Experience in managing teams of experienced engineers
- Cross-functional project management experience
- AI infrastructure, distributed systems, cloud, or Kubernetes.
- Scale-up experience
