As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Identity Management Consultant to join the MSP Corp West team.
About the Role
The Identity Management Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, migrating, and supporting identity and access management (IAM) solutions for clients within a managed services environment. This role works closely with client stakeholders, security teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure identity frameworks, enforce governance policies, and ensure compliance with modern authentication and access control standards.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Work Mode: Remote
What You Will Do
- Design and deploy IAM solutions across client environments.
- Implement and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory infrastructures.
- Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access Policies, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and other related Entra ID security configurations..
- Implement identity federation and authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Implement identity governance solutions including access reviews, lifecycle management, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Support Zero Trust security frameworks related to identity and access management, including Entra Suite
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide IAM best practices and security recommendations to clients.
- Conduct identity architecture reviews and maturity assessments.
- Support clients during cloud migrations, tenant consolidations, and identity modernization initiatives.
- Design and complete Active Directory migrations.
- Document IAM architecture, processes, and operational procedures.
- Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications (SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid environments).
- Support identity synchronization and provisioning tools such as Azure AD Connect, SCIM, and identity lifecycle automation.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
- Provide Level 3 escalation support for identity-related incidents.
- Monitor IAM environments and troubleshoot authentication or access issues.
- Work with the MSP service desk and infrastructure teams to resolve identity-related service requests.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or related security roles.
- 3+ years of Microsoft ecosystem specific IAM experience
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300)
- Experience with non-Microsoft IAM platforms
- Experience working in Managed Services (MSP) or multi-client consulting environments.
- Experience with Zero Trust architecture implementations
- Identity architecture design including Entra ID
- Automation and scripting (PowerShell)
- Conditional Access design & management
- Privileged access management
- Identity lifecycle management
- Security and compliance frameworks
- Strong client communication and consulting skills
- Strong troubleshooting and architecture skills in hybrid environments.
