About The Role
We are looking for a Microsoft Solutions Architect who will own, lead, and grow our Microsoft security, modern workplace, and managed services practice.
This is a multi-dimensional role combining technical architecture, pre-sales leadership, client engagement, and service ownership. You will be responsible for designing solutions, leading workshops and webinars, supporting RFPs/RFQs, and shaping our Managed Services offerings around Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Delivery
- Architect and govern solutions across Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Define security baselines, governance models, and best practices.
- Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and solution validation.
- Act as the technical lead for RFPs, RFQs, and proposals.
- Own solution design, scope definition, estimations, and assumptions.
- Present solution architectures and demos to customers.
- Design and deliver customer workshops, webinars, and enablement sessions.
- Conduct security, Intune, Purview, and Copilot readiness assessments.
- Translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Design and evolve Microsoft Managed Services plans, including SLAs, escalation models, and support structures.
- Work closely with support teams to ensure SLA adherence and service quality.
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
- Ensure documentation standards, runbooks, and architecture artefacts are maintained.
- Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and introduce new offerings.
- 8 – 12+ years of IT experience with strong Microsoft ecosystem focus.
- Deep expertise in Intune, Defender, Purview, Entra ID, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust, Conditional Access, and security governance.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, RFP/RFQ responses, and customer presentations.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience delivering executive workshops.
- PowerShell automation exposure.
- Managed Services or MSP background.
- MS-102, SC-300, SC-400, MD-102, or equivalent Microsoft certifications.
