Currently we're looking for Senior Information Security Analyst located in Poland.

Salary ranges:

  • PLN 17 000 - 23 000 monthly gross (Contract of employment)
  • PLN 21 000 - 27 000 monthly before tax (Long-term contract (B2B))

Responsibilites:

  • Safeguard confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company, employee, and client data.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal security standards.
  • Implement and coordinate security controls, policies, and procedures in cooperation with stakeholders.
  • Detect, respond to, and resolve security incidents, vulnerabilities, and privacy breaches in line with SLAs.
  • Assess and mitigate risks through vulnerability management and business continuity planning.
  • Promote security awareness via training, onboarding presentations, and regular communications.
  • Monitor and report on security performance using KPIs and SLAs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in IT/security with strong English communication skills.
  • Security incident handling & response including analysis of complex attacks, vulnerability assessment, and management.
  • Experience with security tools (vulnerability scanners, SIEM, Endpoint Protection) and implementing security controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001 and GDPR, with practical application.
  • Project and audit experience including small project leadership, internal audits, vendor security verification, and support for legal/security compliance negotiations.
  • Strong documentation skills for policies, processes, incidents, and reports.
  • Soft skills: responsive, well-organized, strong presentation and communication abilities with technical and non-technical audiences, team-oriented yet able to work independently

Nice to have:

  • Experience in implementig standards and processes to mitigate risks resulting of cyber threats or security vulnerabilities
  • Business continuity planning skills
  • Risk management skills
  • Experiance with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
  • Taking part in ISO 27001 certification audit
