DevSecOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to help build, improve, and secure modern development tools and infrastructure. In this role, you will work with continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines, cloud technologies, container orchestration, and security practices to support reliable and scalable solutions.

What you will do

Build, test, and improve end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.

Develop and optimize automated deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

Ensure systems and infrastructure remain secure against potential threats.

Analyze system performance and implement improvements that enhance scalability and security.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure solutions with business goals.

Share knowledge and best practices to support colleagues and strengthen DevSecOps ways of working.

Contribute to continuous improvement across development and operational workflows.

What we are looking for

Advanced proficiency in DevSecOps.

Strong experience with continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.

Advanced knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM) and Kubernetes is an advantage.

Experience with HashiCorp Vault, network infrastructure, and Red Hat OpenShift administration is beneficial.

Ability to collaborate across teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide practical solutions to complex challenges.

This role requires Norwegian security clearance, so applicants must hold Norwegian citizenship.
