Systems Admin Lead

Position: Systems Administrator Lead

Compensation: $122,000 - $152,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Systems Administrator Lead to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced infrastructure professional to play a key role in shaping enterprise systems strategy. In this position, you will support the design, security, and modernization of critical on-premises and cloud environments while partnering closely with IT leadership and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead enterprise infrastructure design and lifecycle management
• Develop standards, governance, and technology roadmaps
• Serve as escalation support for complex infrastructure issues
• Guide cloud adoption, automation, and security improvements
• Oversee major upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects
• Mentor technical team members and support skill development
• Manage vendors and evaluate infrastructure solutions
• Maintain architecture documentation and compliance evidence

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 8+ years of IT infrastructure and systems administration experience
• Strong experience with Azure and Microsoft 365
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments
• Knowledge of virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery
• Experience with infrastructure security and Zero Trust principles
• Ability to develop standards, roadmaps, and governance processes
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and ITIL service management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the oil and gas industry
• Technical leadership or informal team mentoring experience
• Background in infrastructure strategy development
• Experience with cloud transformation projects
• Data center modernization experience
• Relevant certifications such as Azure, VMware, or CISSP
