Recruiter Talent Acquisition Specialist 6 month Contract

As KAST continues to scale, we’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract and help us hire exceptional talent across Engineering and broader business functions. The contract extension is possible, but not guaranteed.

This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who enjoys sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and general business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define hiring strategies.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and manage the interview and offer process.
• Build strong pipelines for technical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Provide a great candidate experience and keep hiring processes moving quickly.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in top-tier fintechs or agencies.
• Strong experience hiring Software Engineering and other technical roles.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
