B2C Appointment Setter (Debt Settlement)

Role: Appointment Setter LOB:Debt Settlement Work Schedule (EST): 9:00 AM / 10:00 AM / 11:00 AM / 12:00 NN (depending on assignment) Work Hours: 40 hours per week (including weekends) Key Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound leads - Conduct daily calls and prequalify prospective clients - Answer inbound calls from qualified prospects - Set high-quality appointments for the sales advisors Qualifications: - Strong communication and phone skills - Self-motivated, organized, and competitive - Resilient and able to handle rejection - Experience in credit or financial campaigns is a plus Device Requirements: - Processor: Intel i5, Ryzen 5, or higher - RAM: 16GB or more - Setup: Dual monitor - OS: Windows 11 Pro or Home - Accessories: Noise-canceling headset and working camera
