Cybersecurity Engineer
Indexed description
I am Andrius, leading the Telia MSSP SOC team at Telia Lietuva. Currently I am looking for a colleague who could help us out with all the exciting work we do!
We are a managed SOC delivering 24/7 threat detection, investigation, and response for a growing portfolio of customers across several industries.
What you’ll do:
As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you’ll design, build, and harden the platforms and automation that make our SOC fast and reliable.
- Engineer & operate our detection stack — SIEM, EDR/XDR, and SOAR — including onboarding, log pipelines, and integrations
- Automate repetitive SOC workflows with playbooks, scripting, and SOAR to speed up detection and response
- Provision & harden dedicated customer environments in our private cloud, applying security best practices by design, deploy and configure managed services and tools.
- Develop detections and content — correlation rules, use cases, and parsers — and continuously improve coverage and quality.
- Hands-on experience engineering or administering SIEM/EDR/XDR or SOAR platforms (or strong systems/security skills if earlier in your career)
- Scripting & automation skills (e.g. Python, PowerShell, Bash) and comfort working with APIs and integrations
- Solid grounding in networking, Windows/Linux, and cloud/virtualization (e.g. private cloud, IaC concepts)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems, document your work, and collaborate with analysts and customers
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
Here, you can grow your skills, lead meaningful projects, and thrive in a supportive, diverse environment. Whether you’re taking your first step or your next, Telia is a place to grow, belong, and make a real impact.
