Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow SecOps solutions that strengthen our organization's cybersecurity posture. In this role, you will partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver scalable, automated security workflows, integrating threat intelligence, vulnerability response, security incident response, and governance processes into a unified platform.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and define secure, scalable solution architectures across private and hybrid cloud environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and security requirements.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, architectural patterns, and strategic solutions, providing technical direction and influencing enterprise architecture decisions and technology roadmaps.
- Drive infrastructure security and compliance by assessing environments against CIS Benchmarks and industry best practices, defining remediation strategies, and ensuring consistent implementation across the technology stack.
- Develop and oversee infrastructure automation and compliance frameworks using Ansible and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to standardize security configurations, streamline operations, and improve deployment efficiency.
- Design and implement secure multi-tenant architectures, including tenant isolation, network segmentation, shared services, and scalable platform capabilities across complex hybrid cloud environments.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and mentorship by reviewing solution designs, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, mitigating technical risks, and guiding engineering teams in delivering high quality, secure solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), with 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, ServiceNow, or security engineering.
- Extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) solutions, including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR), with deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow Security suite.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, and their integration with security operations, as well as hands-on experience integrating SecOps with enterprise security tools such as Splunk, Tenable, SIEM, and vulnerability management platforms.
- Proven expertise in designing secure, scalable solution architectures across private and hybrid cloud environments, with a solid understanding of infrastructure components including compute, storage, networking, virtualization, operating systems, and platform integration.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure and application security, including CIS Level 1 and Level 2 Benchmarks, security hardening, compliance assessments, and remediation strategies, with experience automating security and configuration management using Ansible or similar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and business decisions, present architectural solutions to senior leadership, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) – Ansible Automation (Preferred)
