Senior Security & Kubernetes Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Security & Kubernetes Engineer, you will embed advanced security practices directly into our platform products. You will act as a key technical leader, designing secure container architectures and establishing robust protection mechanisms to safeguard enterprise environments and workloads.

What You'll Do

• Lead cross-product security architecture initiatives and define secure engineering standards across the organization.
• Secure containerized workloads and design resilient Kubernetes security architectures.
• Automate and manage security configurations using Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Implement and govern robust identity, access management, and encryption strategies to protect sensitive data.
• Mentor development teams on secure coding practices and drive high-impact security solutions.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or a related technical role.
• Proven expertise in securing containerized workloads and managing Kubernetes security architectures.
• Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform or Helm.
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), encryption, and secrets management.
• Proven ability to define secure engineering standards and mentor development teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
