As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework and architecture that aligns with organizational objectives and performance standards. This role includes thorough documentation of cloud security controls and overseeing the smooth transition of these controls into cloud security-managed operations. The position requires continuous evaluation and refinement of security measures to support evolving business needs and ensure robust protection within the cloud environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive security practices.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Checkpoint Next Generation Firewall.
• Strong knowledge of firewall configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in designing and implementing cloud security architectures.
• Ability to analyze security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices.
• Skilled in monitoring and responding to security incidents within cloud environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Checkpoint Next Generation Firewall.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
