OUR CLIENT

Our client is a leading international organization currently strengthening its global cyber security governance capabilities.

This position offers the opportunity to influence security strategy and architecture on a global scale while working closely with infrastructure, application, cloud, data, and operational technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise security architecture standards, design principles, and security guardrails.
• Review and assess technology solutions to ensure alignment with enterprise security requirements.
• Identify security risks, vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps within proposed architectures.
• Develop security reference architectures, reusable patterns, and implementation standards.
• Support architecture governance, security reviews, and exception management processes.
• Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Engineering, Security Operations, Data, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
• Support security-by-design practices across enterprise technology initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of security capabilities, governance, and metrics

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Security Architecture, Security Engineering, Cloud or Infrastructure Security, Security Consulting, or Security Solution Design.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM/PAM, network security, and modern enterprise security principles.
• Practical experience in one or more areas, including infrastructure security, application security, cloud security, or enterprise systems.
• Experience reviewing technical designs and translating security requirements into practical recommendations is preferred.
• Familiarity with governance, risk management, compliance, or security exception processes within large organizations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in multinational or global environments is highly preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, TOGAF, or SABSA are advantageous.
• Fluent English communication skills are required.
• Experienced Security Engineers or Security Consultants seeking to progress into Security Architecture are encouraged to apply.
