SOC Analyst Trainee - Entry Level

📍 Location: Guadalajara,

Working Model: 100% Onsite, 2 days off per week, rotational shift, 24/7 operation.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn SOC Analyst Trainee to join our Cybersecurity Operations team.

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, Service Desk Analysts, Technical Support Engineers, NOC Analysts, or junior IT professionals looking to start a career in Cybersecurity.

No previous Cybersecurity experience is required. We are seeking candidates with solid IT fundamentals, strong analytical skills, and availability to work rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and incidents.
• Assist in the investigation and escalation of security events.
• Review logs and identify unusual activities.
• Support firewall and network security operations.
• Create and update incident documentation and tickets.
• Follow security procedures and operational processes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams.
• Participate in incident response activities and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or currently completing studies in:
• Information Technology
• Computer Science
• Systems Engineering
• Telecommunications
• Related fields

OR

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in:
• Service Desk
• Technical Support
• Help Desk
• NOC
• IT Operations

Basic Technical Knowledge

• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Understanding of Windows environments.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• General understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
