About the Role
We're looking for a leader with proven sales and people management experience, with a highly motivated, self-starter, and engaging personality, who is passionate about coaching and building a high-performing sales team.
The Associate SMB Sales Manager will report to the Head of SMB Salesand will be a hands-on leader focused on acquiring new customers at scale through coaching and operational excellence, being responsible for the team's activities, forecast accuracy and results - from cold outreach to launch deals.
The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys developing people while continuously improving sales execution, processes, and business outcomes.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS and/or leading sales teams.
- Proven success in expanding the customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals.
- Strong analytical and coaching skills, leveraging data-driven insights to guide the sales process and develop Account Executives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs, while effectively influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven performance management skills, with experience in weekly performance reviews, pipeline inspection, forecast management, and taking fast corrective actions.
- Experience using CRM data and sales metrics to drive business decisions and improve team performance.

What the Candidate Will Do
- Hire, coach, and develop sales professionals, providing leadership and support.
- Drive revenue growth by guiding Account Executives through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
- Manage the team to meet sales targets, with high weekly productivity expectations.
- Analyze sales data from multiple sources, monitor performance metrics, and communicate findings to the team and leadership.
- Own the team's pipeline health and forecast accuracy, ensuring disciplined CRM management and high-quality business visibility.
- Optimize sales operations by streamlining workflows and addressing bottlenecks.
- Identify and implement process improvements, driving strategic enhancements to optimize efficiency and impact.
- Partner closely with Marketing, BDR, Sales Operations, Implementation, Product, Legal, Tax, Support, and other cross-functional teams to remove blockers and improve business outcomes.
- Gather and provide feedback on product features to influence the roadmap.
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new Account Executives, building a high-performing and engaged sales organization.
