The Role

Our client is seeking a Security Consultant – PAM in the Insurance division.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global team, providing top-tier service to existing and prospective clients while expanding the business on a product and global level.

Job Description:

Main purpose of the role:

• Preferably 3 years of experience within Financial Services actively working with cyber security tooling.
• Good knowledge of securing privilege across a broad range of environments including physical and cloud.
• Broad experience and understanding of Identity and Access Management, from both a controls and risk perspective.
• Knowledge of key traditional cloud and physical PAM technologies.
• Experience in working across a range of internal and external third-party delivery teams.
• Pragmatic and confident, with excellent written skills.
• Ideally, experience in securing privilege within highly regulated financial services environments.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements and solutions in business terms and context.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, CIS etc.
• Confident in representing the team in design, architectural and project delivery forums.
• Experience in delivering threat intelligence services within large organisations.

Technical Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of IT Infrastructure.
• Excellent knowledge of securing privilege across hybrid environments.
• Excellent knowledge of Security principles.
• Good knowledge of security CIS principles and standards.
• Experience in managing third parties including MSSPs.
• Relevant security qualifications or experience (e.g. CISSP, CSSP, etc).
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.

Functional Skills:

• Infrastructure security – Advanced
• IT Risk / IT Audit / IT Controls – Intermediate
• Financial Services experience
• Knowledge of emerging technologies
