Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day cloud security monitoring, including CSPM posture finding reviews and cloud workload threat monitoring.
• Oversee monitoring of SaaS security events and support Shadow IT detection using Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps.
• Manage configuration, refinement, and validation of Microsoft Defender for Cloud CSPM policies, posture baselines, severity mapping, and alert thresholds.
• Ensure timely alert triage, initial investigation, and escalation of cloud security findings in line with playbooks and SLAs.
• Ensure security incidents and service requests are logged, tracked, and closed within SLA targets using ServiceNow.

Skills Required:

• 10 - 16 years of relevant experience in cloud security operations and security monitoring (cloud security monitoring, CSPM, and SaaS security tools).
• Microsoft Defender for Cloud for CSPM posture monitoring, policy validation, and remediation tracking.
• Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (CASB) for SaaS security monitoring and Shadow IT detection.
• Cloud security monitoring across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• CSPM and cloud security monitoring practices for reviewing misconfigurations and posture violations.

Good to Have:

• ServiceNow for incident and service request logging, tracking, and SLA-based closure.

Education: Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related fields.
