Senior Cloud Engineer (IAM)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer with expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud identity modernization. This role will support and lead enterprise identity, provisioning, authentication, and access management initiatives serving Kentucky's K-12 education environment with over 750,000 users across 180+ domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cloud identity modernization and migration initiatives from legacy Active Directory environments.
• Manage and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure AD Connect, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace environments.
• Oversee identity synchronization, user provisioning, authentication, licensing, and access management.
• Support integrations and connectivity across enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, directory services, and cloud identity infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure reliable service delivery and successful project execution.

Experience leading enterprise identity platforms, cloud migrations, authentication services, and large-scale user provisioning environments. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills are essential.
