Cybersecurity Architect

The Role

• Architect and implement enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions across IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Develop and maintain security architecture documentation and standards, ensuring compliance with frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.
• Evaluate, deploy, and manage security technologies including SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IAM, DLP, DSPM, and Zero Trust.
• Lead complex incident response, forensic investigations, proactive threat hunting, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to embed security into infrastructure and workflows, developing and enforcing robust security policies.
• Implement and manage vulnerability assessment tools and processes, ensuring continuous security and compliance of systems.

What You'll Need

• 6+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding and experience with Operational Technology (OT), including ICS/SCADA systems, PLC networks, and industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA).
• Experience with network segmentation, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and zero trust architectures in OT environments.
• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or OSCP are highly desirable.
• Proven technical leadership and project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
