Job Description

Job Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management in Government business.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the Government hospital purchase patterns, including key stakeholders, purchasing processes, and regulatory landscape.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and a customer-centric approach.
