Cyber Security Engineer

Coalesce Management Consultancy (CMC) have a consulting assignment available for a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant, to work on a project we have in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We are looking to support one of our project teams with a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant, for a project we are supporting a client with.

In this position as a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant, you will play a key role in providing expert guidance on protecting systems, networks, and information assets. You will work across a range of security domains, helping to shape strategy, strengthen defences, and support ongoing security operations. You will collaborate with technical and business teams to embed security into projects and processes, ensuring risks are managed and compliance objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Advising on cybersecurity strategy, architecture, and best practices
• Conducting security assessments, risk analysis, and reviews
• Supporting the design and implementation of security measures
• Providing guidance on incident response and threat management
• Contributing to security governance, policies, and documentation

Requirements

• Broad experience in cybersecurity consulting, engineering, or architecture
• Familiarity with common security frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Available for on-site work in Copenhagen, Denmark

You would be able to operate as an independent consultant or as an employed consultant for this assignment, which I can support with. You will also be required to go on-site.
