As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will lead the charge in building and scaling complex, enterprise-grade technical systems. You will own the end-to-end execution of high-impact technical programs that power critical infrastructure and strategic initiatives for global customers.

Rate of Pay: $211,000 to $257,000 per Year

What you'll do
- Implement continuous improvements to the engineering organization and program management process.
- Share program/project process frameworks, tools and best practices that can be adopted throughout the organization.
- Help manage cross-functional strategic planning and business planning processes, lead conversations with key stakeholders to develop concepts for strategic initiatives and develop them into detailed program/project plans.
- Improve product development and delivery.
- Manage complex and large-scale projects across multiple teams, as well as cross-functional initiatives to estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources.
- Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to the upper management and project stakeholders.
- Understand technical implementation at the architectural level and propose technical alternatives. Enquire technical questions that clarify priorities and push the team to be highly effective.
- May telecommute.
Basic Qualifications
- Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or related field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
- Position requires:
- Defining effective KPIs and using them to assess program performance and identify issues;
- Managing multiple priorities, identifying risks and process gaps, and balancing engineering and product efficiency against operational overhead;
- Adjusting strategies to meet evolving project requirements and shifting business priorities;
- Project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex technical projects on time and within budget;
- Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with program management tools such as Jira and Confluence;
- Building SaaS and distributed systems.
