Work You'll Do
As a Senior Manager, Technical Transformation on the ServiceNow Offering team, you will be responsible for...
- Leading business development and sales pursuits for large, complex ServiceNow transformation programs, from opportunity identification through close
- Advising client executives on ServiceNow strategy and enterprise service management as a trusted advisor, using these conversations to build pipeline and expand relationships
- Driving growth of ServiceNow programs within SLHE accounts through account planning, relationship management, and identification of follow-on opportunities
- Shaping and leading proposals, win strategies, competitive positioning, pricing approaches, and teaming arrangements for ServiceNow opportunities
- Translating client priorities into compelling ServiceNow value propositions and solution narratives that win new business and expand existing accounts
- Building and maintaining executive-level client relationships that support sole-source positioning, early opportunity shaping, and long-term account growth
- Building and maintaining relationships across all levels of ServiceNow that would favorable position our organization as a preferred SI in this sector

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, business development, alliances, or account management
- 10+ years of experience owning revenue targets, pipeline growth, forecasting, or P&L responsibility
- 5+ years of experience selling ServiceNow platform solutions, including shaping multi-year roadmaps and target-state visions for clients
- 5+ years of experience selling into federal, state, local, or higher education clients
- Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Experience taking market offerings from strategy through commercialization and go-to-market execution
- ServiceNow sales-relevant certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, CMA) or relationship-building credentials such as ITIL 4 Foundation
