The Trade Marketing Assistant Manager - East China will drive, supervise, and monitor all trade marketing activities in the East China region, in line with the national trade marketing plan. The role aims to maximize short- and long-term sales volume, profit, and market share together with East China commercial team. A key focus is to support the development and ensure the realization of regional trade marketing strategies that are aligned with national brand and commercial strategies. This role serves as the key coordination window between the East China commercial team and the national trade marketing team.

1. Support National Trade Marketing Manager and East China Commercial Head in trade marketing and brand strategy execution

• Work closely with the national marketing team to develop regional trade activities that meet business needs.
• Help drive sales target achievement and enhance brand image in East China trade channels through effective trade marketing strategies, quality merchandising, and promotional planning.

2. Partner with East China regional team to plan and execute local promotions

• Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate promotional programs tailored to East China market needs.
• Gather field feedback, initiate improvement proposals, and ensure final results meet consumer expectations.

• Work with brand teams to align marketing strategy and brand image at contract outlets in the region
  4. Support sales and marketing reporting; assist in trade marketing expense planning and control
  • Monitor and report on sales situations and market environment in East China.
  • Support tracking and controlling of regional trade marketing expenses.
  • Collect market intelligence (competitor activities, pricing, sales channels) and provide monthly/quarterly reports to the National Trade marketing and East China Sales Head.

5. Assist in managing POP/POI materials for East China

• Coordinate with marketing service agencies (e.g., advertising, printing, promotion agencies) as needed.
• Liaise with promotional agencies to meet preset goals.
• Support POP, POS, and PO management and release for the region.

• Provide guidance to promoter teams in the region in line with national standards.
• Help maintain team momentum and satisfaction; support training and coaching efforts to attract, retain, and motivate the team.

• At least 5 years of trade marketing or brand marketing experience in the consumer goods industry (alcohol/beverage experience preferred), with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
• Good strategic thinking, including planning, portfolio strategy, and understanding of consumer interaction efficiency.
• Understanding of P&L and brand financials.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
