We’re Hiring: Security Lead Architect

Our client is looking for an experienced Security Lead Architect to join their security leadership team and play a strategic role in shaping enterprise security architecture.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior security professional who can go beyond traditional security reviews and proactively influence technology and security decisions, particularly across Azure, AI/LLM, agentic AI, cloud, and emerging technologies.

Compensation Range: $115,000 - $156,600/year

🔐 What You’ll Do

• Act as a strategic security advisor to the CTO, CIO, CISO, and technology leadership teams.
• Own and shape the security architecture roadmap across traditional and emerging technologies.
• Develop reusable, practical security architecture patterns and frameworks.
• Help establish secure-by-design approaches for AI, LLMs, agentic AI, cloud, and data platforms.
• Translate global security standards and best practices into practical technical controls and guidance.
• Collaborate with global teams and security leaders to identify best practices and bring them into the Canadian environment.
• Present security strategies and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Provide technical leadership and act as a trusted advisor across technology teams.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in Security Architecture and Azure — Azure experience is essential.
• Experience with AI/ML/LLM security, AI governance, or emerging technology security.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, data security, application security, and enterprise architecture.
• Ability to translate security strategy and standards into practical, implementable solutions.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and working across complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• A confident and diplomatic leadership style — bold in your recommendations, but collaborative in your approach.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with strong technical depth and hands-on understanding.

📍 Location: Canada — preference for GTA-based candidates
