  • Oversee implementation of hybrid solutions and ensure adherence to approved architecture and technical standards.
  • Define and contribute to non-functional requirements covering performance, monitoring, capacity, resilience and troubleshooting.
  • Provide architectural guidance throughout system upgrades, migrations and maintenance activities.
  • Identify, manage and resolve architectural issues and risks.
  • Research emerging cloud and technology trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholders to achieve agreed technical and business outcomes.
  • Provide technical mentoring and guidance to team members where required.

Highly Desirable Criteria.

  • Proven and extensive experience as a Solutions Architect within a complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong experience designing and implementing hybrid on-premise and cloud solutions.
  • Extensive experience producing high-quality architecture deliverables across the project lifecycle, including solution designs, options papers, exception papers and architecture diagrams.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS and/or Azure, with experience across IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
  • Experience working with technologies including AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, Azure, Azure Apps and VMware.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with Enterprise Architecture teams and aligning solutions to strategic technology roadmaps.
  • Experience working with vendors to design and deliver complex solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Microservices and event-driven architecture.
