We are currently supporting one of Europe's leading financial market infrastructure organizations and are looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer to join a highly skilled cloud services team responsible for managing, securing and evolving enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to work in a complex enterprise environment, supporting business-critical Microsoft cloud services with a strong focus on security, automation, governance and operational excellence.

You will play a key role in administering Microsoft 365 services, improving platform reliability, automating operational processes and contributing to cloud modernisation initiatives across international teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Administer, maintain and optimise Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
• Act as a senior technical reference for complex incidents, advanced troubleshooting and platform evolution.
• Manage identity, access and security controls, including Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Configure and govern Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online services, permissions and security policies.
• Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, Logic Apps and Microsoft Graph API.
• Support Microsoft cloud migration, integration and modernisation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, GDPR requirements, audit controls and operational governance.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and platform standards.

What We're Looking For

• Senior experience administering Microsoft 365 environments in enterprise organisations.
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft cloud platforms with a security-first mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and continuously optimise platform performance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional English (minimum B2).
