What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively identify, assess, and support the resolution of security-related incidents within client environments.
• Collaborate on the development of both technological and procedural advancements for the mispa Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Implement and manage IT security technologies, ensuring robust security solutions.
• Automate processes and evaluations related to security operations and the Network Operations Center (NOC).
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert, offering guidance to operational teams on complex IT security issues within client environments.
• Mentor and train internal talent, fostering growth and development within the team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Security Operations Centers (SOC) and IT security, including both operational roles and project management.
• Proven expertise with SIEM and IPS technologies, including their integration and optimization.
• Strong background in automating processes within security operations, leveraging tools and systems.
• Solid experience with Linux and scripting.
• Completed studies in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience working on international projects and in cross-functional teams.
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a hands-on mentality.
• Quick problem-solving skills, creativity, and a structured approach to tackling complex challenges.
• A passion for continuous learning and self-improvement, particularly in technology, management, language, and self-organization.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
