Brief summary

We are looking for experienced Red Team Operators, Offensive Security Consultants and Security Researchers to join a specialist cyber security team

We are supporting a specialist UK cyber security organisation seeking an experienced Red Team Operator to deliver sophisticated adversary simulation and offensive security operations against mature targets.

The role will involve:

• Planning and executing multi-stage red team engagements
• Developing custom TTPs to bypass modern defensive tooling
• Building bespoke offensive tooling and implants
• Supporting operations from initial access through to defined objectives
• Conducting threat intelligence-led assessments
• Communicating technical findings clearly to different audiences

We are looking for experience in:

• Full-scope red team operations rather than solely penetration testing
• Offensive development using C, C#, C++, Rust, Go or Python
• Windows and Linux security, authentication and trust relationships
• EDR/XDR evasion and detection logic
• C2 frameworks and operational security
• Initial access, lateral movement and privilege escalation

Cloud, physical security and social-engineering experience would be advantageous.

Candidates must be eligible and willing to be eligible to undergo UK Developed Vetting (DV).

Existing e-DV clearance would be beneficial but is not essential.
