Senior IT Systems Engineer | IT Infrastructure / Identity & Access Management / Endpoint Management

We are currently partnered with a fast-growing European deep-tech company developing advanced AI and software solutions for enterprise customers across finance, energy, manufacturing, telecommunications, and industrial sectors. As part of their continued international growth, they are looking to hire a Senior IT Systems Engineer to take ownership of the internal technology ecosystem supporting employees across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the company's internal IT infrastructure, workplace technology, and SaaS ecosystem.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable IT systems supporting employees across the organisation.
• Administer and optimise macOS endpoints using JAMF and enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms.
• Implement and maintain SSO integrations, SCIM provisioning, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
• Develop and enforce Zero Trust, least-privilege access, and secure authentication practices across the technology environment.
• Manage endpoint compliance, software deployment, patch management, device configuration, and hardware lifecycle processes.
• Administer enterprise SaaS applications, collaboration platforms, and business-critical technology services.

Key requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, Workplace Technology, Infrastructure, or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience administering JAMF within a macOS-heavy enterprise environment.
• Proven experience managing Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms, particularly Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong expertise in enterprise endpoint management, including MDM, device compliance, software deployment, patching, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Solid understanding of SSO, SCIM provisioning, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
• Practical experience implementing Zero Trust security principles and least-privilege access models.
• Previous experience within a technology company, software organisation, scale-up, or engineering-led environment.
• Experience managing complex SaaS ecosystems covering SSO, SCIM, MDM, identity management, and SaaS access governance.
