IT CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST (INFOSEC)

Position Description

You will serve as an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST (INFORMATION SECURITY) in the Information Systems-SYSTEMS ENGINEER/CYBER/CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT BRANCH (BL13300), Information Systems Division, Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) Department of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will lead the engineering team in identifying, assessing, and remediating vulnerabilities across ADMACS hardware components, firmware, embedded systems, and associated applications.
• You will ensure STIG/SRG implementations are applied to ADMACS network devices, and continuously maintain compliance with ATC, ATU, and ATO requirements.
• You will oversee and execute the implementation and maintenance of strict security controls for ADMACS hardware systems, embedded devices, and network infrastructure to proactively mitigate emerging cybersecurity threats.
• You will direct systematic vulnerability assessment processes.
• You will translate program milestones into prioritized daily tasks, manage resources, and align security sprint planning with overarching schedule, cost, and mission requirement.
