AI Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to help build, maintain and improve production AI solutions across data, LLMs, AWS cloud services and API integrations.

You’ll work across the full AI technology stack — from Python-based data processing and LLM applications to AWS infrastructure, search optimisation, model pipelines and CI/CD. This is an ideal opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving technical problems and working across both AI and cloud engineering.

Essential Skills

• Python — strong experience with Python, particularly Pandas and NumPy
• AWS & Cloud — practical experience with S3, IAM, VPCs and serverless environments
• LLMs & Generative AI — experience debugging prompts, working with conversational AI and supporting production LLM applications
• Amazon Bedrock — hands-on experience configuring or supporting Bedrock-based solutions
• Data & Querying — experience with Amazon Athena, data views and query optimisation
• Search & Indexing — experience with Amazon OpenSearch or similar search/indexing technologies
• APIs & Data — ability to debug REST APIs and work with JSON payloads
• CI/CD & Development — Git, Docker, pipeline monitoring and code environment troubleshooting
• Problem Solving — strong debugging skills across applications, data and cloud environments

Preferred Skills

• LangChain or similar LLM/AI application frameworks
• Amazon SageMaker and ML model pipeline validation
• Experience maintaining vector indexes/vector databases
• Excel Power Query scripting
• AWS scheduler services and automated workflows
• Experience optimising search schemas and indexing processes
• Understanding of conversational analytics
• Basic knowledge of interface/layout concepts
