Your Role And Responsibilities
We’re not just building better tech. We’re rewriting how data moves and what the world can do with it. With Confluent, data doesn’t sit still. Our platform puts information in motion, streaming in near-real time so companies can react faster, build smarter, and deliver experiences as dynamic as the world around them.
It takes a certain kind of person to join this team. Those who ask hard questions, give honest feedback, and show up for each other. No egos, no solo acts. Just smart, curious humans pushing toward something bigger, together.
About The Role
The CLI/Terraform team is at the forefront of how customers manage and automate Confluent, building the tools and frameworks that turn Confluent’s APIs into dependable developer experiences. - Work with service teams across Confluent to deliver new integrations and ensure a consistent experience across both products
- Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and follow established engineering and release practices
- Investigate customer-reported issues and contribute fixes that improve reliability, performance, and usability
- Contribute to shared frameworks, validation systems, and tooling that help service teams build and maintain their own integrations
- Participate in operational support and learn to diagnose issues across APIs, cloud services, and customer environments
