Job Opportunity: IT Infrastructure Specialist (Cloud / Server / Security)

[Job Overview]

We are seeking IT Infrastructure professionals across various career levels (Member, Tech Lead, PM, Architect) to join our IT solution projects. Based on your experience and career goals, you will be assigned to projects spanning Cloud, Server/Network, or Security domains.

[Key Responsibilities]

- Cloud Engineering (AWS / Azure / GCP): Design, build, and migrate cloud environments (Lift & Shift); implement IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep); build container and serverless architectures (Kubernetes, Docker, Lambda); set up data and AI platforms (BigQuery, Azure OpenAI).

- Server & Network Engineering: Design, build, and virtualize Linux/Windows servers (VMware, Hyper-V); manage migrations (P2V/V2V/V2C) and operation automation (Ansible, Shell, PowerShell); design enterprise networks and SD-WAN.

- Security Engineering: Implement Zero Trust/SASE solutions (Zscaler, Cato Cloud); design cloud security (CSPM/CWPP) and EDR/XDR environments; manage vulnerability assessments, security policy formulation, and SOC/CSIRT support.

[Role Expectations]

- Member Level: Start with operation/maintenance and gradually step up into design, building, and technical consulting.

- Tech Lead / Architect: Define system architecture, establish technology standards, introduce modern DevOps practices, and mentor team members.

- Project Manager (PL/PM): Oversee project schedules/resources, handle stakeholder management, and lead pre-sales or IT consulting initiatives.

受託ITソリューションプロジェクトにおいて、スキルやキャリア志向に応じてクラウド、サーバ／ネットワーク、セキュリティのいずれか（または横断的領域）を担当いただきます。メンバーからテックリード、PM、アーキテクトまで幅広く募集しています。

【主な業務内容】

・クラウド領域（AWS / Azure / GCP）: クラウド環境の設計・構築および移行推進（リフト＆シフト）、IaC（Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep）の実装、コンテナ／サーバーレス基盤の構築、データ・AI活用の基盤構築（BigQuery, Azure OpenAI等）。

・サーバ・ネットワーク領域: Linux/Windowsサーバおよび仮想化基盤（VMware, Hyper-V）の設計・構築、サーバ移行（P2V/V2V/V2C）や自動化（Ansible, Bash, PowerShell）の推進、ネットワーク・SD-WANの設計。

・セキュリティ領域: ゼロトラスト／SASE（Zscaler, Cato Cloud等）の導入・構築、クラウドセキュリティ（CSPM/CWPP）やEDR/XDR環境の設計・導入、セキュリティ方針策定やSOC/CSIRT支援。

【役割・キャリアパス】

・メンバー層: 運用保守や環境構築からスタートし、段階的に要件定義・設計などの上流工程へステップアップ。

・テックリード／アーキテクト: 全体アーキテクチャ設計、技術標準化、DevOps推進、メンバーの技術指導。

・プロジェクトマネージャー（PL/PM）: 進捗・リソース管理、顧客折衝、プリセールスやコンサルティング活動。
