Supporting the delivery of technology infrastructure services, providing technical project delivery. Provides technical expertise in the support of the technology design authority for infrastructure changes and security improvements.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Serving as the day-to-day technical lead interfacing with our strategic third-party suppliers and MSPs.
• Translating high-level architecture roadmaps set by senior technology leadership into clear, actionable work packages for our outsourced partners to execute.
• Ensuring external suppliers adhere strictly to company infrastructure policies, security baselines, and architectural standards across all global environments.
• Acting as a core technical reviewer on the change advisory board (CAB), scrutinizing vendor-submitted changes, evaluating risk, and protecting business continuity.
• Building strong relationships with internal business teams, gathering requirements and translating them into clear operational briefs for our supplier network.
• Proactively monitor and work alongside suppliers to identify opportunities to support the business on it’s key strategic objectives
• Providing and support information for the design of an infrastructure roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Providing support and solutions for the design and technical implementation of Mace’s IT infrastructure policy and standards.
• Supporting and informing the provision and implementation of technology infrastructure design policies and standards.
• Delivering support and guidance for large, global infrastructure and network estates through a complex supplier lead matrix.
• Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll Need To Have

• Passion for technology and infrastructure solutions IaaS, PaaS, services.
• Virtualisation, networks, WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, SASE, ZTNA.
• Cloud Storage, DR and Backup technologies.
• Prior experience of working with 3rd party outsourced providers.
• Prior experience of infrastructure and networking management.
