Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer with deep expertise in CDKTF, Azure PaaS, and Python to design, automate, and operate platform capabilities that enable development teams across BASF to build and deploy applications efficiently and securely.
• Your work will contribute to BASF’s internal developer platform ecosystem — designing scalable platform components, codifying cloud infrastructure, and building reusable modules and tooling that empower engineering teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Platform Engineer.
• Experience in software development methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
