Company Nominee Director

About the Role:

We are looking for a UK Company Nominee Director to support a company with basic corporate compliance requirements.

This is a part-time, non-operational role with minimal involvement. The initial setup may take 1–2 hours, followed by occasional tasks throughout the year. Once the company bank account is established, the role is largely passive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the appointed UK Nominee Director.

• Sign relevant company and bank account documents remotely.

• Assist with occasional corporate compliance requirements.

Compensation:

£100 - £125 per month.
