Pre-sales Engineer Cloud Native & Kubernetes (Mandarin Speaker)

We are seeking a Pre-sales Engineer to provide technical guidance, support, and solutions to our customers in the cloud native and container platform area. You will work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement solutions, improve our offerings, and ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a flexible, remote position based in Jakarta, requiring occasional travel for client visits and site demonstrations.

• Provide customers with on-site guidance and training for product trials, help customers solve technical problems, become a technical communication bridge between customers and the company, and maintain good customer relations.
• Cooperate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, provide solutions, and offer pre-sales technical support. Responsible for the preparation of project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans, and other technical documents.
• Collect and sort out needs from clients and the market, providing accurate and timely information for back-end products and R&D.
• Participate in relevant marketing activities and keynote speeches.
• Carry out technical exchanges and cooperation with partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in IT and Internet-related companies is preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Familiarity with mainstream technology and products in the cloud computing industry is a plus.
• Experience in pre-sales, R&D, or system operation and maintenance is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
