Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the organization's cybersecurity architecture framework, policies, and standards
- Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security solutions into existing infrastructure and systems
- Design and implement security protocols, systems, and mechanisms to safeguard data integrity and privacy
- Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity trends, tools, and threats, making recommendations for improvements and new technologies as needed
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to security team members and project stakeholders to enhance security posture
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on architecture, design, and implementation of security solutions
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls
- Proven experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions
- Experience with cloud security protocols and best practices, particularly in environments such as AWS or Azure
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
- Experience with incident response and management, as well as security operations
- ITIL certification is preferred
