You will…
- Provide fast, effective, proactive onsite and remote IT support.
- Manage the IT hardware lifecycle, from procurement to maintenance.
- Streamline user onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support internal events with reliable technical setup.
- Create clear documentation for software and services.

- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure.
- Maintain fiscal responsibility across all IT activities.
- Proven experience in IT support.
- Technical proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
- Hands-on experience with security tools like SentinelOne, Zscaler, InTune, and JAMF.
- A strong working knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Android operating systems.
- A solid understanding of network infrastructure.
- Experience in IT and Hardware Support in warehouse or distribution centre environments
- Service-focused with excellent communication skills.
- A proactive problem-solver who thinks analytically.
- A collaborative team player who communicates technical concepts clearly.
