Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Salary Range: $190,000 – $260,000 / year + equity & benefits

Experience Level: 3+ Years in AI/ML Solution Architecture

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of direct experience focused heavily on AI/ML solution architecture, software architecture, or specialized AI product delivery.
• Generative AI Depth: Proven track record designing production-grade LLM-based solutions, handling prompt engineering, embedding strategies, and model evaluation metrics.
• Cloud & Data Platforms: High fluency with cloud-native environments (AWS or Azure) and enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake or Google Cloud Platform.
• Technical Fluency: Hands-on ability to write or review code in Python or TypeScript/Node to build functional prototypes, evaluate infrastructure trade-offs, and unblock engineering tracks.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with advanced agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience implementing operational MLOps or LLMOps pipelines, including automated model monitoring, evaluation frameworks, and observability tracing.
• Active professional cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
