As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior professionals to help them develop their skills and understanding of software engineering best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Technology Architecture.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies, particularly agile.
• Familiarity with cloud service providers and their offerings, including but not limited to AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Ability to design and implement scalable and resilient cloud-based solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Cloud Technology Architecture.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
