Summary:

As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud-based application solutions that seamlessly integrate with both cloud and traditional infrastructure. The role includes testing and deploying these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer develops proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of the proposed cloud environments, ensuring that the infrastructure and platform setups are reliable and scalable for various organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align cloud platform strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Ability to design and implement scalable and resilient cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools for cloud environments.
• Knowledge of performance testing and monitoring of cloud applications.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
• This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
